NEC Lends a Helping Hand

On Saturday 17th September 2011, Trinidad and Tobago joined with 75 countries around the world in the International Coastal Clean Up.

National Energy Corporation (NEC) successfully participated in this exercise at our two locations, Station Beach in La Brea and Rustville Beach in Galeota.

NEC along with several stakeholders and community groups, including 43 students from the St. Mary’s Home in Tacarigua and 35 students from the Guayaguayare R.C. Primary School, collected 246 bags of garbage altogether

NEC would like to thank everyone who assisted in making this event such a huge success as we look forward to doing it again next year.
