Prior to joining NEC as Head of Administration in December 2006, Wendy Seow worked in both the public and private sectors. She brings to NEC over 15 years of managerial experience, most of which comes from the energy sector. Ms. Seow holds an MBA from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the York University in Toronto, Canada. A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management (CIPS), Ms. Seow’s experience spans procurement, contract negotiations, project management and general management. She currently lectures in Purchasing and Supply Management at the School of Business and Computer Studies.
