Camille Blackman is responsible for managing all legal and corporate secretarial matters within NEC. Prior to being appointed as Assistant Manager of Legal Services, she held the position of Senior Legal Officer at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC). Ms. Blackman has also held senior posts at the Office of The Attorney General and the Ministry of National Security. An Attorney-at-Law, she is the holder of an LLB degree from the University of the West Indies and an LEC from Hugh Wooding Law School. She has received extensive training in Project Financing, Natural Gas Negotiations and Contracts and Corporate Governance.
